Recent assignments include:

  • researching and reporting on an acquisition opportunity in the London insurance market for a private equity company;
  • advising an MGA on structuring the purchase from a broker of a portfolio of affinity insurance;
  • guiding a Lloyd’s coverholder in its appointment of placing brokers and the search for new carrier capacity;
  • chairing the development committee for a media company as it designs and hosts an overseas industry conference.

Roger is also an experienced non-executive Director.
